The Friends of Waterloo Region Museum is a voluntary public foundation dedicated to the preservation of Waterloo's Region's history and cultures.

Friends Vision Statement
Working in partnership with Waterloo Region Museum staff and volunteers, the Friends of Waterloo Region Museum support and contribute to the preservation of the heritage, culture and traditions of Waterloo Region.

Friends Mission Statement
To support the mandate of the Waterloo Region Museum by:

• supporting and promoting the value of our volunteers
• creatively fundraising
• enhancing education
• stakeholder advocacy
• enhancing community presence
